The
Charity Gala Dinner was held at the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury Hotel,
London WC1. A sumptuous banquet celebrating
British-Bangladeshi culture, identity and achievements, the Dinner
raised £1000 for the Mayor of Camden's Charitable Trust and
will benefit a number of charities working in Bangladesh. The guest
of honour was the British High Commissioner elect to Bangladesh, Mr
Anwar Choudhury. |

guests include Councilor Gnash Ali, the first Bangladeshi Mayor
of Camden, Shaheen Westcombe MBE who was one of the first Bangladeshi
women architect and Farhad Mahud, head of Ekushey TV.
